Patrick M. Coburn, 50, died unexpectedly at his home. He was born August 20, 1954, in Wabash, Indiana, to Donald E. and Patricia Hawk Coburn.
He is survived by two sons, Connor P. and Breandan K. Coburn of Ashland County; a sister, Shannon Coburn of Upper Arlington; two nieces, Courtney and Bailey Coburn of Upper Arlington; and several cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Burial will be at a later date in Ashland Cemetery. The Ashland Home of Wappner Funeral Directors assisted the family with arrangements.
