Paul G. Gallagher, 78, of Mansfield died Wednesday, February 9, 2011 at Hospice of North Central Ohio. He was born June 8, 1932 in Mansfield. After serving in the U.S. Air Force, Paul worked in autobody repair for several businesses including Roberts Motors and Swisher Cadillac, also known as Gump and Roberts Cadillac. Paul and Skip Correll started and co-owned Pro Auto Body from 1981-1986. He continued to work for Skip until his retirement. In his spare time, Paul enjoyed restoring cars.
He is survived by his daughter, Heidi Scott Apger of Mansfield; grandson, Andrew Apger; granddaughter, Megan Dwight Hardin; and great granddaughter, Tamia Hardin. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Tina Cavour Gallagher in 1971; and son, Marshal Gallagher in 1999.
