Randy A. Beavers, age 46, of Mansfield, died unexpectedly Wednesday October 1, 2003. Mr. Beavers was born July 2, 1957 in Mansfield, Ohio living in the Mansfield area all of his life. He was a current employee at Bosch Braking of Ashland. He was a member of Ashland Archery Club, a graduate of Madison High School in 1975 and an avid hunter and softball player.
Surviving are his wife, Janice Long Beavers; two sons, Bret and Matthew Beavers both at home; his step-father, Wayne Kaufman; a sister and brother-in-law, Lois & Terry Miller of Galion; a nephew, Zachary Beavers of Galion; and his mother-in-law, Ophelia Clem of Alabama. His parents, Cledis & Evalena Perry Beavers, and a brother, Stephen preceded him in death.
Janice, Bret and Matthew will receive friends at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors Friday from 6-8 p.m. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 11:00 a.m., at the funeral home, conducted by Rev. Bruce Copley. Burial will be in Oak Grove Memorial Gardens.
