Dr. Raymond Edward Bernotas, 69, of Ontario passed away on Thursday, June 11, 2026. Born in Cleveland, Ohio, on July 14, 1956, he was the son of the late Ralph and Mary Frances Bernotas.

Raymond attended Case Western Reserve University before earning his dental degree from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. He practiced dentistry in Mansfield for more than 40 years. He was an active member of the Kiwanis Club of Mansfield for over 35 years and a member of the Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church.

He is survived by his wife, Beverly Rose Bernotas; son, Matthew (Emma) Bernotas of Columbus, OH; stepdaughter, Jessica Jenkins of Ontario, OH; brother, Ronald Bernotas (Rita Raddatz) of Wayne, PA; and sister, Mary Helen Bernotas (Mark Cash) of Chagrin Falls, OH.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded by his brother, Father Robert Bernotas.
