Richard graduated from Lucas High School. He was an accomplished woodworker and sold his beautiful carvings at various crafts shows. He was a loyal and devoted husband and wonderful and beautiful father. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
He is survived by his wife of almost 45 years, Frances Nestich Weber; sister, Betty Hunt; five nephews; three stepchildren, Roger A. Partin (Helen Reigel), Billy B. Partin and David W. Partin; eight step grandchildren; eight step great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; and three stepchildren, Gail VanRiper, Larry S. Partin and Michael L. Partin.
A private graveside service will be held in Mt. Zion Cemetery. The Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors is privileged to serve the family.
