Robert M. Koch, 63, of Ashland, died Saturday, October 25, 2008, at Kingston of Ashland. Born February 10, 1945, in Toledo, he was the son of Florin and Virginia Hadderman Koch. He retired from Abbott Labs where he worked in the shipping/receiving department. He was a member of the VFW Post 1067 and enjoyed his '99 black corvette.
Surviving are a daughter, Traci Tim Sergent of West Virginia; a son, Jim Koch of Ashland; grandchildren, Jenna and Lucas Sergent and Zachary and Tyler Koch; his former wife, companion and caregiver, Paula Koch of Ashland; a sister, Kathy Koch of Ashland; and two nieces. He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, David Koch and a sister, Betty McConnell.
There will be no calling hours or services at this time. The Ashland Home of Wappner Funeral Directors is privileged to serve the family of Mr. Koch.
