Robert L. Pryor, 63, of Mansfield, died Thursday evening, February 10, 2005, at Brecksville VA Hospital after an extended illness. Born May 30, 1941, in Johnsville, he was the son of Clifford and Barbara Thorp Pryor. He retired from Mansfield Plating and was a member of V.F.W. Post #9943. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy.
He is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Clifford and Cheryl Pryor of Mansfield; daughter, Peggy Pryor of Mansfield; five grandchildren; brother and sister-in-law, Larry and Joyce Pryor of Mansfield; stepbrother, Keith Mitchell of Mansfield. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Donald Pryor.
Military graveside services will be held Wednesday, February 16 at 11:00 a.m. at Windsor Cemetery, officiated by Chuck Sloan. The Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors assisted the family with arrangements. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family.
