
Ronald L. Schrack, 69, of Mansfield, died early Thursday morning, September 11, 2003 at Riverside Methodist Hospital following an extended illness. Mr. Schrack was born June 17, 1934 in Mansfield residing in the area all of his life. He was employed with Direct Maytag as an installer and previous body shop manager at Weidner Motors. Ron was a member of Mt. Zion Lutheran Church.
Surviving are his wife, Norma J. Culler Schrack; one son and daughter-in-law, Andrew and Kim Schrack of Bellville; three daughters and sons-in-law, Barbara and Paul Eddy of Mt. Vernon; Audrey and Dan Gaston of Norwalk; and Susan and Erik Laps of Ashland; grandchildren, Autumn and Drew Schrack; Daniel, Jack and Noah Eddy; Lauren and Evan Gaston; and Elyse and Rachel Laps; mother, Virginia Schrack of Mansfield; one brother and sister-in-law, Bradley and Linda Schrack of Mansfield; one sister and brother-in-law, Nancy and Stephen Nemeth of Mansfield; one sister-in-law, Jane Schrack of Lexington; several nieces, one nephew and his mother-in-law, Alice S. Culler. He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Schrack; and two brothers, Roger and Gary Schrack.
Friends may call at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors on Sunday, September 14, 2003 from 5-8 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Monday at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home conducted by the Rev. Don Saylor. Burial will be in Mt. Zion Cemetery at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to the family or to Madison Township Rescue Squad.
