Rosie "Ro-Mae" Mary Hobbs

Rosie Mary or "Ro-Mae" as her family affectionately referred to her was a hard working, loving, peaceful and humble woman. She grew up in Mansfield and was very involved in her community. She had a true servant heart and caring for others was her true calling in life. Rosie was a God fearing woman, and she loved the Lord and her family with all her heart and soul. Her family will treasure the memories that were shared together.

Rosie is survived by her sons, Tyransee (Amanda) Harris, Carlos Lanier (Tara Smith) and (Robert Harris); grandchildren, Shanta, Tyishianna, Tylania, Shaiee, Adrianna, Tyransee, Tavion, Nadia, Robert Jr., Darren and Darryl; great-grandchildren, Ja'miria, Dionte, Trentee, Zae, Zion, Timothy, Tyzaiviya, Damika, Journee, Maijor, Christian, Avaya, Jedieiah and Carter; siblings, Carla Harris-Whitten and Henry Harris, Jr.; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. She is preceded in death by her mother; husband Donnie Lanier; and a sister, Beatrice Holand.

There will be no services observed. Her family will host one last family dinner in Rosie's memory at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to the family in care of Wappner Funeral Directors. The Wappner Cremation Center is honored to serve the family of Rosie Mary Hobbs.
