Born September 26, 1936 in Waterloo, Ohio she was the daughter of Elisha and Lenna (Yates) Daniels. She graduated from Waterloo High School and Rio Grande College. An area resident most of her life, Ruth retired from Mansfield City Schools after 35 years as a teacher.
She is survived by her children, Rodney (Stephanie) Bond and Renee Davis; grandchildren, Kayley (Jeremy) Rush, Casey Bond, Kelsey Reef and Braden Davis; sisters, Phyllis Lewis, Irene (Ray) Mart and Pam Booher; a brother, Mike (Robin) Daniels; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Romie Bond.
Per Ruth’s request, there will be no services at this time. The Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors is privileged to serve the family of Ruth Daniels Bond.
