Ruth Lucille Garrett, 77, of Mansfield, died Friday, October 27, 2006, at Winchester Nursing Home. Born October 13, 1929, in Bellville, she was the daughter of Encil Willard and Alela Isabela Anders Winbigler. Ruth was co-owner of 20th Century Antiques for 20 years, was Co-Founder of the Johnny Appleseed Post Card Club and a member of the Mansfield area TOPS Club.
Surviving are a daughter, Jacqueline Jerry Cline; a son, Donald L. Garrett Laura Johnson; three grandsons, Douglas Cline, Christopher Cline and Michael Jada Cline; and a sister, Mary Ethel Davis. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles L. Garrett in 1994 and a brother David Winbigler.
Friends may call 5-8 p.m. Monday, October 30, 2006, at the Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 31, 2006, at the funeral home with Dr. Ronald e. Beady officiating. Burial will follow in Mount Hope Cemetery, Shiloh, Ohio. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
