Sharon Deel

Sharon L. Deel, 60, of Mansfield, died Tuesday, March 1, 2011 at her residence. Born January 12, 1951 in Mansfield, she was the daughter of Robert and Nancy Lambert Marsh. Sharon worked as a dental assistant and was a member of the VFW Auxiliary. She always enjoyed a good laugh and enjoyed yard work and cooking for her family. A very family oriented person, Sharon was a loving mother and grandmother and loved spending time with her family and friends.

She is survived by her husband, John Deel of Mansfield; sons, Tim Susan Deel of Lucas and Matt Heather Deel of Mansfield; grandchildren, Olivia, Brooklyn, Caden, and Isabella Deel; sister, Billie Bob Hiles of Mansfield; aunts, Ada Lambert and Janie Wallace, both of Bucyrus; and lifelong friend, Linda Shambre of Tempe, AZ. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her brother, Roger Marsh.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 5, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. at the Diamond St. Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, 98 S. Diamond St., Mansfield, conducted by Pastor Dave Bates. Friends may call prior to the service from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of North Central Ohio.
