
Stephen Glenn Crawford, 37, of 708 W. Fourth St., Mansfield, died Friday, October 20, 2006 at MedCentral Mansfield Hospital. Born October 28, 1968 in Mansfield, he was the son of Barbara A. Crawford. He was self-employed in the dump truck business and lawn care, and was also a DJ. Mr. Crawford was a member of Shiloh Full Gospel Baptist Church. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, loved music, and always loved to laugh.
He is survived by his wife, Tracy Brooks Crawford; four children, Terrel, Brittinianna, Kaula, and Raekwon Samuel Crawford, all at home; mother, Barbara A. Crawford of Mansfield; brother, Jordan Jones of Mansfield; five sisters and brother-in-law, Dawn and Pleas Everson of Mansfield, Stephanie Crawford of Dayton, Michelle V. Maxwell, LaKyshia M. Weaver, Antoinette Jones Weaver; brother, Henry L. Weaver, Jr.; grandmother, Cassie L. Crawford; brothers-in-law, Roger Angie Merrell of Cadillac, Michigan, Justin Mara Brooks of Indianapolis, Indiana, Jason Lillianna Garcia, Andreas Garcia, Marcos Garcia, and Domingo Garcia, Jr., all of Saginaw, Michigan, Brice Chase of Mansfield; sisters-in-law, Fawn Hinklin of Columbus, Monica Garcia of Saginaw, Michigan, Rachel Hinklin of Columbus, and Ebony Hinklin of Mansfield; mothers-in-law, Rosa Linda Domingo Garcia, Julie Hinklin, and Peggy Samuel Sellers Brooks, Jr., all of Mansfield; goddaughter, Alexa Marshall; nephew, Devin Andrew Crawford; two aunts, Nadine Parker, and Marilyn Hawkins; uncle, Jimmie Lee Crawford, Jr.; and best friend, Mike Bechtler. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Jimmie Crawford, and uncle, Claude Hawkins.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, October 25, 2006 at the Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home conducted by Bishop William Morris, Jr. and Rev. Paul Lintern. Burial will follow in Mansfield Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be made in Stephen's memory to Autoworkers Credit Union on Stumbo Rd. designated for Tracy and the children, or the American Heart Association.
