Teddy retired from Bor-it Company where he worked as a welder. He was a veteran of the United States Army and was a member of the Perrysville VFW. Teddy enjoyed fishing, listening to music, working on engines and loved motorcycles.
He is survived by two daughters, Jeanette Morton of Michigan and Sonya (Josh) Joyce of California; three grandchildren, Noah, Jed and Landon Joyce; a sister, Peggy (Kenneth) Thompson of Wooster; and his loving companion, friend and caretaker for the past 24 years, Sandra Maffett. He was preceded in death by his parents and a son, Shon Morton.
The family would like to send a special thank you to the Veterans Association for their care of Teddy.
Private burial will be held at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the family to help defray funeral expenses.
