
Terry A. Lovely, 52, formerly of Mansfield, Ohio died after an extended illness at Crestwood Care Center in Shelby, Ohio, on Wednesday, May 23. She was born September 13, 1948, to H. Lewis Taylor and Dorothy Crawford Alexander in Lodi, Ohio. Terry was retired from Therm-O-Disc and attended the Diamond Hill Baptist Church. She graduated from Lucas High School in 1966 where she served as class treasurer.
She is survived by her mother, Dorothy Alexander of Lucas; one daughter, Jennifer K. Lovely of Mansfield; one son, Jeff D. Lovely of Mansfield; three sisters and brother-in-law, Connie Sue and Rodney Shofner of Johnsville, Janice and Willard Reamer, Brenda and Chuck Perry of Norwalk; eight brothers and seven sisters-in-law, Thomas M. and Bonnie Alexander of Phoenix, Keith and Lourinda Alexander of Lucas; Thomas R. and Betty Alexander, Henry L. and Jean Alexander, Dwight D. and Carol Alexander, Dan and Ranae Alexander all of Norwalk, Lewis and Kathy Taylor of Hastings, Minnesota, Philip Taylor of St. Louis, Missouri; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, H. Lewis Taylor; her grandmothers, Mildred Mallory and Florence Crawford; her stepfather, Henry T. Alexander; her niece, Alicia Alexander; and her nephew, Jason Alexander.
Friends may call at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors Friday, May 25 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 26 at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home and will be conducted by Rev. Charles Barnhill. Burial will be in Mansfield Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Research Foundation.
