
Theresa Irene Inscore, 73, of Mansfield died Sunday evening, September 8, 2002 at her home following an extended illness. Mrs. Inscore was born September 1, 1929 in Akron, Ohio and was a Mansfield area resident most of her life. She was formerly an English teacher for Madison School District and a librarian for the City of Detroit. Theresa was an avid skier and enjoyed gardening and swimming.
She is survived by her husband, Larry Inscore; one daughter and son-in-law, Terry and Dean Apger of San Francisco, California; two step-sons, Matthew Inscore and Michael and his wife, Susan, Inscore, all of Mansfield; six grandchildren, Sarah and her husband, Kevin Therrien of Royal Oak, Michigan, Daniel, Andy and Haleigh Inscore, all of Mansfield, Mariana Delemos of Sterling Heights, Michigan, and Jacob Inscore, of Mansfield; three great-grandchildren, Amanda, Jack and Ben Therrien, all of Royal Oak, Michigan; one brother, Albert Schumacher of Akron; and numerous nieces, nephews and good friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Albert A. and Ortha I. Smith Schumacher.
Friends may call at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors one hour prior to a memorial service that will be held Wednesday, September 11 at 3:00 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to Friendly House or MedCentral Hospice.
