Theresia Raff, 87, of Mansfield, died February 13, 2005, at Winchester Terrace Nursing Home. Born March 13, 1917, in Yugoslavia, she was the daughter of Pete and Katherine Hartman Holzworth. A member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church, she enjoyed knitting, gardening and baking.
She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Christian Jr. and Judy Ann Raff of Catawba Island, Gerhart and Teresa Raff of Mansfield; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; one nephew; and a niece. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Christian Raff, Sr. in June 2002, and brother, Adam Holzworth.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, February 16 at 1:00 p.m. at the Diamond Street home of Wappner Funeral Directors, officiated by Rev. Melvin Schroeder. Friends may call at the funeral home from 12-1 p.m. Burial will follow in Mansfield Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to American Heart Association.
