Thomas Herr

Thomas Lloyd Herr, 63, of Mansfield died unexpectedly Sunday evening, November 25, 2001 at MedCentral Mansfield. Mr. Herr was born February 15, 1938 in Mansfield, Ohio living in the area all of his life. He retired from Therm-o-Disc after 30 years. He was a skilled craftsman and enjoyed woodworking. He loved his family and helping others. Mr. Herr was a veteran of the U.S. Navy.

He is survived by his wife Juanita Dickerson Herr of Mansfield; two daughters and sons-in-law, Cindy & Tom Bernat of Mansfield and Tina & Jimmy Jeffers of Oneida, Tennessee; two sons and daughters-in-law, Matt & Sarah Herr of Lander, Wyoming and Tim & Julie Herr of Fairlawn, Ohio; a foster daughter, Debbie Snyder of Mansfield; 12 grandchildren and their spouses, Raquel Curry, Jeri Lynn & Jim Kinney, Tomi Fraley, Ryan Bernat & Mindy Kimball, Travis Jeffers, Jamie Jeffers, Elaina Herr, Dane Herr, Tristan Herr, Austin Herr, Noah Herr and Lori Isaac; two foster grandchildren, Titus Snyder and James Snyder; 10 great-grandchildren; and an aunt and uncle, Doris Burgess and Earl Felton of Bradenton, Florida. He was preceded in death by his parents, Reed & Delphia Wagaman Herr.

Friends may call at the Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors Thursday from 6-8 p.m. and one hour prior to funeral services to be held Friday at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Mansfield Memorial Park.
