Thomas “Snork” E. Lovelace Jr., 62, passed away Wednesday, June 19, 2024 at his Mansfield residence. He was born to Thomas Sr. and Ruby (Crager) Lovelace, on November 24, 1961 in Los Angeles, California.
Thomas grew up in Mansfield, Ohio where he became a maintenance worker at Med Central. He also had a floor cleaning business and worked as a mechanic. He was good with his hands. Thomas enjoyed riding his Harley-Davidson. He also enjoyed watching racing and drag racing. He was an avid morel mushroom hunter. Thomas was known by his friends as “Snork” and was a fun-loving person who loved to make people laugh. He dearly loved his departed Chow Chow dog, Toots.
Thomas is survived by his children, Emily (Blake) Doege and Amanda Lovelace; and many cherished family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Family and friends may gather for Visitation on Friday, June 28, 2024 from 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM at Wappner Funeral Directors-Mansfield, 98 South Diamond Street, Mansfield, Ohio 44902. A Funeral Service will follow at 6:00 PM with Pastor James Marshall officiating. Wappner Funeral Directors-Mansfield is honored to serve the Lovelace family.
