

Todd Jay Aldrich, 33, of Mansfield, died Friday, March 18, 2005 at MedCentral Mansfield Hospital after a courageous battle with cancer. Born June 27, 1971, in Marion, he was the son of P.D. and Hazel Pollock Aldrich. He was employed at Interstate Optical and formerly was employed at Verizon in Marion. Todd attended the Salvation Army of Marion with his family and most recently, his family began attending Crossroads Community Church in Mansfield.
He is survived by his wife, Laura Schaab Aldrich; sons, Andrew Howard Aldrich and Vincent Alexander Aldrich; daughter, Catherine-Anne Elizabeth Aldrich; mother, Hazel Aldrich; and sister, Karla Brobeck Bullard of Oxford, Alabama. He was preceded in death by his father and two sisters, Diana Walter and Tammy Walter.
Memorial services will be held Saturday, March 26, 2005, at 3:00 p.m. at the Salvation Army Church, 317 W. Church St., Marion. Friends may call Monday, March 28 from 6-8 p.m. at Crossroads Café, 1456 Park Avenue West, Mansfield. Memorial services will be held at 7:00 p.m. Monday at the café, officiated by Rich Workman. Memorial contributions may be made in care of the family or MedCentral Hospice. The Diamond Street home of Wappner Funeral Directors assisted the family with arrangements.
