

Tommy T. Workman, age 76, of Mansfield, died Thursday morning December 9, 2004 at Crystal Care Center in Mansfield. Born January 17, 1928 in Lorado, West Virginia, he was the son of Lonnie T. and Mae Cook Workman. He moved to Mansfield in 1955 and worked at Mansfield Plating for 33 years as a chrome platter, then retiring after 2 years at Tappans. Mr. Workman enjoyed working outdoors all year round. He especially enjoyed gardening, woodworking, cooking, and spending time with his grandchildren. He also enjoyed spending morning visits with his many friends who gathered at the Trimble Rd. McDonalds in Mansfield. All of who were very special and wonderful people to him.
Survivors include his wife of 52 years, Faye Roberts Workman of Mansfield; daughter and son-in-law, Dina and William Danny Logan; son Robbie Mark Workman of Mansfield; grandson William Danny Logan, Jr. and wife Tiffany of Mansfield; four granddaughters Christy and husband, Josh Norman of Lucas, Cindy Logan of Mansfield, Chandra Workman of Cuyahoga Falls, and Ashlee Turner and fiancée, Shaun Khune of Cuyahoga Falls. He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Danny J. Workman; four sisters, Donia Estep, Georgia Bailey, Dolly Bailey, and Gladys Toler; and two brothers, Bob Workman and Wallace Bill Workman.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday December 12, 2004 at the Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday December 13 at the funeral home with Pastor Michael G. Rogers and Rev. Clifford E. Tackett officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Memorial Park.
