Virginia I. (Ginny) Arnold, 57, of Ashland, passed away Thursday, February 15, 2018 at the Good Shepherd Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Born September 28, 1960 in Medina, Ohio she was the daughter of Elmer and Helen (Gammell) Walden.
Ginny attended Buckeye High School in Medina. She was very outspoken and loved to read mysteries and love stories. She enjoyed listening to music with her favorite rock band being Def Leppard and her favorite country singer being Shania Twain. She also enjoyed dancing and watching movies and her favorite flower was the lilac but her greatest love was her grandchildren.
She is survived by her children, Tina Walden, William (Becky) Arnold and Margaret (Eddie) Yoder; two sisters, Frances (Ben) Lawson and Lucille (Virgil) Pritt; a brother, Franklin Walden; significant other, Mark Peterson; and four grandchildren with one on the way.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Kenneth Walden.
Graveside services will be held at 12:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 21, 2018 at Mallet Creek Cemetery in Medina.
