William Bailey, 53, of Mansfield, passed away Saturday, October 30, 2021 at OhioHealth Riverside Methodist Hospital. Born August 9, 1968 in Mansfield, he was the son of William A. and Marjorie (Brewer) Bailey.
William was a veteran of the United States Army and worked for Therm-O-Disc. He was a big sports fan, especially the Pittsburgh Steelers and loved to play any kind of sport. He also loved to fish, play pool and cars. William was very handy around the house and loved fixing things. He enjoyed spending time with his friends and helping anyone who needed it.
He is survived by his mother, Marjorie Bailey; his son, Josh Hamilton; his brother, Rick (Sheri) Bailey; and his sisters, Tina (Brian) Schwaderer and Sherry (Brian) Pancake.
He was preceded in death by his father, William Bailey.
Friends may call from 2:00 - 4:00 and 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Thursday, November 4, 2021 at Wappner Cremation Center, 1327 Ashland Road, Mansfield. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, November 5, 2021 at the Cremation Center conducted by Pastor Steve Burkholder.
