Zack was a loving father and enjoyed working with his dad at The Pool Guy. Charismatic, with a great sense of humor, he never knew a stranger. He loved his little dog and Radar.
He is survived by his father and step mother, Todd and Bri McCullough; two sons, Morgan and Christian; two sisters, Brittany McCullough and Tiffany (Chris) Daly; paternal grandparents, Jan and Dave Motter; maternal grandmother, Ruth Wayne; niece, Isabella Sorrenti; two step sisters, Morgan and Madison Hoffman; and his little dog, Bitty. He was preceded in death by his mother, Heather McCullough.
A memorial service will be held Sunday, October 16, 2016, at 2:00 p.m. at the Life Celebration Reception Center, 129 S. Main St., Mansfield, Ohio. Memorial contributions may be made to help defray funeral costs and assist other families dealing with the effects of addiction.
