Candace Elaine Krob

Candace Elaine Krob passed away peacefully at her home in Tucson, Arizona, on November 13, 2025, at the age of 72. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, whose gentle spirit and loving heart left a lasting impression on all who knew her.

Candace is survived by her beloved daughter, Huron Hendrix; son-in-law, Eric Hendrix; and her cherished grandchildren, Erin, Ian, and Austin Hendrix. She is also survived by her sister, Melanie Howington, and her brothers, Charles (Charlie) H. Allen II and William (Billy) Allen. She was preceded in death by her father, Charles H. Allen; her mother, Anna Mae Mazanti; and her sister, Julie Scott.

A kind and compassionate soul, Candace had a special way of making those she loved feel seen, valued, and deeply cared for. She found her greatest joy in spending time with her family and with her faithful companion, Max, her 14-year-old Australian Shepherd. Candace also had a deep appreciation for the simple pleasures of life, enjoying working with and riding horses, gardening, and expressing her creativity through crafting.

Candace’s warmth, kindness, and quiet strength touched many lives. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her family, friends, and all who were fortunate enough to know her.
