Carlos Mauricio Ramirez was born February 27, 2003 and was received in the gates of Heaven on August 19, 2026, leaving behind a profound sense of loss in the hearts of his family, friends, and all those fortunate enough to have known him.
First and foremost, Carlos was a family man. He was a beloved father, son, brother, fiancé, grandson, nephew, tío, and friend. Above all, he was a man who was deeply loved by his family and whose presence brought meaning and joy to the lives of those around him. His loss leaves an emptiness that words cannot fully express.
Carlos was dedicated to serving his community. He worked as a former Pima County Corrections Officer, a position that reflected his commitment to responsibility, service, and helping others. He also pursued his dream of serving the community as a recruit with the Tucson Police Department. His decision to enter law enforcement spoke to his desire to make a difference and protect those around him as well as fulfilling the dream that he and his brother had as children.
To his children, Carlos was a father whose love will remain with them always. To his parents and siblings, he was a cherished son and brother. To his fiancé, he was the love of her life. To his aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family, he was a beloved nephew and family member. To his nephews, he was their beloved Tío. And to his friends, he was someone whose friendship and presence will never be forgotten.
Although his time with us was far too short, the love he gave and the memories he created will remain with his family and friends forever. His children will carry his love forward, and his family will continue to speak his name, share his memories, and honor the life he lived.
Carlos Mauricio Ramirez will be deeply missed, forever loved, and never forgotten.
May he rest in eternal peace.
