Debbie Kay Wilhelm

Debbie was born on May 4, 1953, in Columbus, Ohio, to Imogene Hoffman, née Gillenwater, and Lawrence Hoffman. She was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Steve Hoffman; and her oldest grandchild, Kayla.

She is survived by her sons, Joe Wilhelm and his wife Andrea, and Matthew Wilhelm and his wife Kristie; her grandchildren, Caleb, Hannah, Jasmine, Blake, and Noah; and her sisters, Carol Kuebler and her husband John, and Holly Henderson and her husband Joe; and her sister-in-law, Teri Hoffman. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and extended family.

Debbie was most recently married to Joe Wilhelm Sr. for 35 years, until 2015. Together, they had two sons, Joe and Matt. She was a stay-at-home mother who cared deeply for her boys and helped raise them to be who they are today.

After her years in Ohio, Debbie's path led her to El Paso, Texas, before she eventually settled in Arizona, where she made her home for over 37 years. She enjoyed the outdoors and spent much of her free time over the years camping in the mountains. She also loved the beach. These simple pleasures were a meaningful part of her life and remain among the memories shared by those who knew her.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, October 3, 2026 at 10:00 AM at Marana Mortuary & Cemetery, 12146 W Barnett Rd, Marana, AZ 85653.

Debbie will be remembered with love by those whose lives she touched.
