Fernando Jimenez

Fernando "Fernie" Jimenez, 53, passed away on December 2nd, 2021. Fernando was born on December 15th, 1967 in El Paso, Texas to Elias and Hortencia Jimenez. After graduating from Austin High School in 1987 he pursued a career in trucking which then became his passion. He was a beloved father, grandfather, brother, uncle, cousin and friend. He loved to drive on back roads, work, joke around, stay up on drama, and most importantly take care of his family.

Fernando is survived by his four children Joseph Jimenez, Jessica Jimenez, Jasmine Jimenez, and Joshua Jimenez five grandchildren, Ramzey Flores, Enzo Jimenez, Jesse Jimenez, Julianna Ruan, and Jimena Ruan, siblings Ramon Jimenez, and Lorraine Cordero, brother in law Genaro Cordero, sister in law Danielle Rooney, nephews Justin Jimenez, Jacob Jimenez, and Christopher Cordero, lastly his nieces Mercedes Reynolds, and MaKenzee Foster. He is preceded in death by his parents Elias and Hortencia Jimenez and brother Elias Jimenez Jr.

Fernando will be deeply missed by so many that loved him. We will miss his stories, laughs, hugs, jokes and everything in between. Untill we can join him in heaven, with his memories we'll stay.
