Katherine Lee Donner passed away unexpectedly of natural causes on July 11, 2026. Kathy was born on December 13,1959 in Montana, but she grew up in Colorado. Kathy earned a degree in communications from University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, Washington, but she was most rewarded by supporting adults with special needs in Evergreen, Colorado. After retiring, Kathy moved to Tucson, Arizona. There, she expanded her love of nature photography to include desert sunsets and flora. She also spent time creating a beautiful cactus garden.Throughout her life, Kathy had an eye for art and fashion. She took pride in decorating her home and crafting for the holidays. She was a lifelong animal-lover with a soft-spot for elderly rescue dogs. Kathy was dedicated to her faith and family. She is survived by her brother Scott and his family, and her extended family in Georgia. She will be dearly missed by her friends and loved ones.
