Born to Willard Pope Kearney and Margaret Ellen Elliott Kearney on May 14th, 1949 in Osceola Nebraska, he was the last of three children, Joining his older sisters Carolyn Kaye Kearney Milligan and Joyce Elaine Kearney Williamson. The family moved to Tucson Arizona in 1958. Bill was a Viet Nam vet after which he had a long career as an over the road truck driver, Bill retired in 2006 to spend time doing the camping and boating that he loved. His many hobbies included stock car racing, welding, fishing and exploring Arizona.
Bill is survived by his wife Alicia Koechling Kearney and daughter Susan Kaye Kearney. A service is scheduled at the Veteran’s Cemetery in Marana Arizona on July 28th at 10A.M.
He will be greatly missed.
