A graduate of Marble Falls High School in 2008, Alisa devoted her life to service for others in a variety of ways. Alisa was a loving and strong willed friend, sister, daughter and mother who enjoyed watching football, rescuing animals, and spending time with family, friends and especially her daughter Leilah. She passed away peacefully at the age of 36 surrounded by family and friends at St. David’s in Austin, Texas.
Alisa is preceded in death by her grandparents, Donald and Audrey Rodel, Jose Ortiz and Celia Ortiz, her uncles David Vargas, David Ortiz and her cousin Tammi Pinter.
She is survived by her father, Robert Rodel, her mother, Jo Ann Ortiz Rodel, her daughter Leilah Flowers, her sister Natalie Hernandez (Myles), her nephew Maddox Hernandez, her brother Jet Rodel, countless friends, and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Rest in peace, dear Alisa. Your memory will live on in the hearts of those who shared even a single moment with you.
