He leaves behind his wife, Rosemary Garcia; daughters Ortencia Leal, Linda Leal, Christina Leal and Jessica Guerra, sons Donny Leal, Jr and Luis Garcia and step children Manual Beltran, Jr, Evonne Beltran and Felicia Leal
Danny was born on December 27, 1958 in Olton, Texas to father Antonio Leal and Elisa Leal, who preceded him in death. Danny is survived by his sister Janie Luna and brother David Leal, Sr., 27 grandkids and 7 great grandkids.
Danny grew up in a large, loving family with 3 sisters and 3 brothers. Danny, as a young boy, helped his parents pick oranges in Florida, then would travel wherever to work to help his parents financially.
In 1977, Danny met Deeana and they had their first daughter, Ortencia Leal in 1978. In 1980, Danny met his first wife Maria and they had their daughters, Linda Leal, in 1981 and then a year later in 1982, Christina and then later in 1982, his son Danny Leal, Jr. was born. In 1989, Danny met Rosemary, his second wife and raised Luis Garcia and Jessica Guerra as his own.
Danny worked at Texas Granite for many years as a foreman in the quarry and then worked at Vulcan until he could no longer work due to health issues. He loved to play the accordion and sing songs. He loved to cook BBQ and turkey legs during “May Fest” and the drag boat races. Most of all he loved to plant his garden.
Danny was well known in his hometown by many people He will be missed!
