Mrs. Parham is and always will serve as the epitome of elegance, grace and a true mentor in my heart. I first met her as a student at Greenhill and  her passion for language not only motivated me to live outside my comfort zone, but also facilitated my own drive for learning. Post Greenhill, we shared a career in real estate and I will forever be grateful for all her initiatives, guidance, support and heartfelt caring nature. In life, we often can reflect upon our many chapters and, if fortunate, we recall a select few throughout our lives with whom we share a special bond.  Mrs. Parham is one of those special people in my life and I will always cherish the memories and hope she can find my mom and dad in heaven for one more parent/teacher conference :). I wish your family all the best in this difficult transition and know the memories will last forever and bring tears of joy to overcome the sadness.  My heart is with you all and thank you for such an amazing gift in life of Mrs. Parham!

I dont know WHY I googled Drews name today, but I guess God or Drew wanted me to know... I am in shock but happy she is with Sam. I was Drews housekeeper for 5+ yrs up until I moved-just months ago! Drew was so glamorously gorgeous, had a beautiful presence and a Smile you can never forget.  She was a great person & 
I loved her so much. God please take care of your new Angel!!!

Vivimos juntos de 16 a 20 años, nunca perdimos el  contacto hasta su muerte.

We are so very heartbroken at the passing of Drew, and just a few months after Sam. She was so very special, and will be truly missed, as well as Sam.  Drew and Sam have been friends for a long time. She is so very much loved! Tell Sam hi for us!



Drew was an amazing neighbor.  She warmly welcomed us and our little puppy into the neighborhood.  She always had a smile on her face and was so gracious.  She will be greatly missed.

Please accept our sincere condolences upon her passing.  Drew was the epitome of class among the of Seniors of MHS 1963.

Mrs Parham was my advisor in high school at Greenhill.  She gave wonderful advice and was an important fount of equanimity, friendliness, and positivity in those high school years for me (and I imagine for many others).  I still think about her, and she will be missed.  Her memory is a blessing.

Ms. Parham was such a vibrant, flamboyant personality!  She made learning Spanish fun and a bit unhinged, which was so refreshing. There are so many phrases I remember even today — 40 years later — still in her voice.  Thank you, Ms. Parham,  for giving of yourself to make your students’ world a little better. 

Miss Steele, as I knew her at Greenhill, exuded class and finesse!  Enhancing the lives of so many, she will be sorely missed!!!  Tom Keener, class '73.
   

Mrs. Parham was the epitome of fashion. She always wore such glamorous outfits and we were in awe of her style.
She was a genuinely nice teacher who cared about her students. I am sad about her passing, but I will always remember her from our Spanish class. 

Mrs Parham was my class advisor and Spanish teacher at The Greenhill School. She was both warm and stern (which I needed!) and shaped me in so many ways as I became an adult. I have the fondest memories of her and will miss her. 

Drew was always so kind. I took care of her husband sam. She was great to him & great to all of us. It was a pleasure getting to know you. -gayge
