To All The Family,
I was so sorry to hear of Uncle Francis passing. My parents were Don and Jimmie Mowatt, both deceased now. But they knew F.E. years and years since he was married to my moms sister, Jeanie, who passed away in 1992. My Uncle was a smart, brillant, kind hearted man. Me and my daughter, Devin will miss him dearly. He will be missed by many many people.
Sending out prayers to everyone that knew and loved him.
Love to all
Donna and Devin Murphy

Dear L.V. and family,
I was sorry to read this news. Although I did not have the pleasure of meeting your brother if he was anything like you he was a fine man. May God give you strength in this time of sorrow. I miss seeing you on Lake Austin.

We the Donley's express our condolence. We used to live in the trailer park. My son Lupe and James were good friends.
