

He was a veteran of the US Navy and served his country during WWII. He and his wife, Wilma, opened Inman’s Ranch House Barbecue in Marble Falls in 1964. His son, Billy, joined them in the business in 1987 and will continue in his dad’s footsteps.
Francis is survived by his sons, Marion Davis Inman & wife Nancy of Willow City, Texas and Billy Dale Inman & wife Sherry of Marble Falls, Texas; grandson Shawn Inman of Willow City, Texas; granddaughters Amanda Inman of Willow City, Texas, Ashley Inman of Marble Falls, Texas and Jennifer McCall of Houston, Texas; brother Bobby Inman & wife Betty of San Saba, Texas and sisters Marzelle Lenberg of Marble Falls, Texas and Bonnie Terry of Marble Falls, Texas. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Wilma Inman in October 2008, brothers Gray Davis Inman and Lester Inman and sister-in-law Doris Inman.
Graveside service will be Thursday, December 23, 2010 at 2:00 PM at Tobey Cemetery in Marble Falls with Holton George officiating.
Pallbearers are Tim Inman, Ronnie Frisbee, Raymond Hall, Zeno Hayden, Joe Don Dockery and Leslie Holder.

Francis fought a tough battle with cancer and the family would like to express their appreciation to Dr. McCurdy, Dr. Youman and the nurses and staff at Granite Mesa for their care and kindness. To all of the many friends and family who brought Francis cookies, candy, pies and assorted gifts and visited with him, we thank you from the bottoms of our hearts. We appreciate so much all the prayers that were said from members of so many different churches. Your love is overwhelming.
