Mrs. Huffman was the librarian at Spicewood Elementy School where my sons attended. When we moved to Tx several years ago, she immediately welcomed our family to the school, and the community. She was a favorite of both my children, and truly one of the kindest people I have ever met. After she retired, we would be so happy to see her out, or working at the school as a substitute. We were always greeted with a smile and a warm hug. I feel that it has been a privilege to have known her, and for my children to have had her as a teacher, friend and roll model. We will miss her warm smile. Our sincerest condolences to her family.

I graduated together with Gail, and she was someone I looked up to. She was so smart, was such a sweet and kind soul- i’m sad I had lost contact with her over the years. I remember it was so exciting when she started dating Gary! Gary and family, I’m so sorry for the sudden loss of your precious wife and mother. And Tim, I’m sorry for the loss of your dear sister. May God comfort you all completely.

I taught Gail when she was in fourth or fifth grade, but my memories of Gail in my classroom are still strong. She was shy, always kind, a very sweet girl, and she was the joy and highlight of my days. Gail showed her worth by her kindness, her gentleness, and her love for others. What a wonderful friend to so many people throughout her life and a beautiful witness of Jesus's love for us all! Thank you Gail, for your gentle character.

Gail was one of the sweetest, kindest people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. We didn’t see each other often, but when we did she always had the sweetest smile, the warmest hug, she would tell me how good it was to see me. She was a precious blessing to me.

Gary, Rachael & Hannah, my prayer is that as you work through your grief that the pain will eventually be replaced with joyful memories. I pray that God will comfort and strengthen you. Gail loved you beyond measure.

Many blessings,

Gail had a way of making you feel loved like few people do. She had a special knack for picking out those who needed an extra dose of love and giving it full measure. Just like, Christ, her smiling face reflected a joyful soul and a caring, compassionate heart. Cody & I will miss her, but can say with blessed assurance we will surely see her again and share an eternity of smiles together!

Gary & girls... we love you and will be here for whatever you need, whenever you need it.

Ah, Gail - so many memories. We will have lots to catch up on someday. Joysound and that summer tour! Your perfect attendance and grades, my not so much ... Your committed friendship and kindness to let me stay with you guys and finish my Senior year. I could not have graduated in Marble Falls had it not been for y'all and specifically you. All of those choir practices, my absolute joy! Thank you for being my friend throughout all of the craziness. Thank you for your loving, Christian heart and example. I pray for peace for Gary and your girls. Love, Tiki Jo (Shaffer) Farmer.

Gail was a former student of mine. One year she received my World History award. She was a good student, always very pleasant. I would visit with her at the Marble Falls Library Thrift store where she volunteered. I loved her smile and she was always so kind. She will be sorely missed. I pray that Gary, Rachel and Hannah have the good memories of a wife and mother whose life was cut short.
