Betty,Jeani&I send our condolences, and you are in our prayers.
My fondest memory of y'all is the lunch at the Tower cafe shortly after Century 21 opened, and Jim wanted me to go to get my liscense.Probably one of the big mistakes of my career,as I could have really learned from him.

May Jim Berry rest in peace and may wife Bette, his family and friends find comfort and acceptance after his long and productive life. My family and I are grateful for his assistance and friendliness when in 2000 we closed on a ranching/recreational tract he had listed on Lake Buchanan. Though many years have passed since, we remember Jim with affectionate humor.
