Born February 4, 1946, in Lubbock, Texas, Kenneth lived a life defined by hard work, family, and a deep appreciation for the simple things that brought him joy.
As a teenager, he met the love of his life, Sandra, and they shared 63 years of marriage built on love, loyalty, and devotion. Ken and Sandra moved to Marble Falls in 1978, where he founded Ken's Heating and Air. Through hard work, determination, and an unwavering commitment to his customers, he built the business into a respected part of the community and proudly operated it until 2023.
If something was broken, Ken could usually fix it. Family and friends often turned to him for advice, repairs, and practical solutions, knowing he was always willing to lend a helping hand. His skill and practical knowledge were respected by family, friends, and customers alike.
He found great joy in riding his motorcycles, fishing, and spending time with his dogs. Whether riding down an open road, fishing on the water, or enjoying the quiet company of a loyal companion, he embraced the moments that made life meaningful.
Above all, Kenneth loved his family. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather whose strength, guidance, and love will continue to live on in those who knew him best. His family will remember his steady presence, quiet determination, and the many memories shared throughout the years.
He is survived by his wife, Sandra Goad; children, Jeff Goad (Kellie) and Cheryl Webb; grandchildren, Hollie Carruthers (Brian), Cody Payne (Jennifer), Nick Goad (Lauren), Heath Cloud, and Chelsea Spratlen (Kelsye); along with great-grandchildren Bryce, Callen, Connor, Camila, Meritt, Sloan, Laramie, Gavin, Taylor; and great-great granddaughter, Rosaliy.
He was preceded in death by his father, Lester Goad; mother, Tura Mae; and brothers, Lester Junior, Morris, Floyd Dwayne, and Harold.
Though his absence leaves a tremendous void, his legacy lives on through the family he cherished, the friendships he built, and the countless lives he touched through his kindness and generosity.
He will be deeply missed, lovingly remembered, and forever held in the hearts of his family and friends.
A funeral service will be held on June 15, 2026, at 2:00 PM at Clements Wilcox Funeral Home, Marble Falls.
