Kenneth is preceded in death by his parents, brother Sam Holden, Jr., sister Betty McGuffey and great-grandson Micah Underwood.
He is survived by his wife, Manda Holden, children Terry Holden (Gina), Cathy Stephens (Glen), Sherry Traugott (Ron), Dianne Michel (Doug), and Lori Mayfield (Anthony). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren.
A Memorial Service is scheduled for Tuesday, November 15, 2016 at 2:00 pm at the Clements Wilcox Funeral Home Chapel in Marble Falls.
