KC and I met in college.

He introduced me to all kinds of music. Dwight Yoakam to the beat farmers to Elvis Costello the real Elvis and willie and Waylon.
Epic backyard cookouts,  Smoked meats and hot wings.
We were roommates in San Diego we had us some fun he and I like brothers.
I’ll miss you Kurt.

I remember the day you transferred to the Escondido branch from Nebraska we had some good times than you transferred to the Temecula location we still stayed in touch than when I took over the location it was like old times working together again.  I will miss the talks we had once you moved to Texas you are going to be missed my friend my brother.   My heart was broken when I found out that you passes you will be truly missed.

Kurt and I worked together at Ferguson in Temecula CA.  It was more than a work relationship, it was a friendship.  We had great talks, many beers and meals together after long days.  Bounced ideas and thoughts off each other on the regular, worked hard together to satisfy our customers and friends in the business.  I still remember the day when Kurt told me he was thinking about leaving for Texas.  I was sad to see him go but glad the was following his heart.  From the sounds of the memories he took his charm with him out there and everybody there loved him as well.  I am upset that he is gone, but glad i had a chance to know him.  

I spent many good times with Kurt over the years. Working at Ferguson he was my mentor and becoming a real good friend to me. May you rest in peace much love your bud.  Shayon Warner

Kurt will be very missed from his Ferguson Austin family!  I always enjoyed my visits to Marble Falls and being greeted with Kurt's smile and sincerity. No doubt we would always share a genuine laugh about something that struck us as humorous. It was a pleasure getting to know Kurt and my heart goes out to those grieving during this inexplicably hard time! I'm there with you!  Deepest condolences...

You will be missed.  I was glad I got to spend as much time with you in Temecula as I did, although short it was meaningful.  I am also glad another state got a glimpse of Kurt!  Condolences to the family.

KURT WAS A MANAGER OF THE MARBLE FALLS LOCATION WHICH I HAVE BEEN A PART OF SINCE OPENING IN THE EARLY 2000'S. 
KURT CAME TO OUR LOCATION WITH A BIG HEART TO TAKE CARE OF THE PLUMBERS.
HE WAS A VERY TOUGH MAN, WOULD NOT COMPLAIN OF A PAIN, YET PUSHED HIMSELF HARD TO KEEP GOING DURING THE STRUGGLES OF COVID. 
KURT WILL BE MISSED, THE PHONE CALLS TO KEEP US UP BEAT AND THE CARE AND CONCERNS HE HAD FOR ALL HIS EMPLOYEES.
KURT IS DEFINITLEY IN A BETTER PLACE NOW, AND NOT IN ANY MORE PAIN TO HIDE.

I am SO sad for your loss.  I never knew Kurt personally thru Ferguson, yet I have heard his name mentioned many times.  I am a Concierge with Ferguson 1869 in Round Rock and just want you to know I feel for you so much.   I am sending you flowers and a hug thru this email as I truly care for your loss.
