

Born July 15, 1931 in Houston, Texas, Marilyn was the daughter of Bernie and Erma (Brash) Mounts. She spent many years serving others as a Clinical Social Worker both in Houston and in Austin , and most recently as the clinical social worker for the Seton Hospital Heart Transplant program until she retired at the end of 1999.
Marilyn moved to the Central Texas area in 1993 and had lived in Spicewood since 1999. She had served at Holy Communion Church in Spicewood since 1999 as special assistant to the pastor.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Tommy & Diana of Sugar Land; daughter, Anne McAllister of Austin; sister and brother-in-law, Margie & Bill McCormick of New Braunfels; grandchildren, Jason, Katy, Daniel, Dawn, Lindsey, and Colin; numerous nephews and nieces and a host of friends.
Memorial service will be held Saturday, April 2, 2011 at 10:00 AM at Clements-Wilcox Funeral Home in Marble Falls.
