Ollie Joe ( Peter ) Conely was born November 01, 1958 in Normangee, Texas to Willie Lee and Pearlie Mae ( Tryon ) Conely. Peter was one of 7 children. Peter attended Marble Falls Highschool and loved to play sports, especially basketball.
After graduating High School, Peter went on to work in several different fields, eventually settling into rock quarry work of all types, at several locations in the Central Texas area. Peter loved working and often worked longer than 8 hours a day and 7 days a week. Even though Peter was very proud of his work history, he was beginning to dream about retirement.
Some of Peters’ favorite things were: all things Texas Longhorns or Dallas Cowboys, ESPN, BBQ, Guns, Hunting and Fishing, Motorcycles, etc. Peter also enjoyed the small things in life, whether it was just hanging out with the ones he loved or maybe even just calling you and leaving a funny voicemail if you missed his call, but the most important thing Peter loved doing the most, was raising a family and being there when someone needed him, it gave him joy to know that he helped someone or that he had a good conversation with someone.
Peter is survived by 4 brothers, Clark Conely, Vincent Conely, Curtis Conely and Douglas Conely; Miss Victoria Hall, and children Abby Hall, Xavier Conely and another child (on the way), Kellye Morrissette , Kisha Pegg, Tony Pegg, Joe Crouch, Shadow Crouch, 13 Grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews, etc.
Peter is preceded in death by Miss Kathy Pegg and 2 sisters, Xandria Ray Conely and Brenda Lee Conely.
