September 28, 1942 – August 29, 2026
Polly Ann Hines (Williamson), born September 28, 1942, passed away on August 29, 2026, leaving behind a family, workplace, and community filled with people whose lives were better because she was a part of them.
Polly was a strong and remarkable woman who loved deeply and unconditionally. She was funny, stubborn, fiercely independent, and never afraid to tell you exactly what she thought. You never had to wonder where you stood with Polly—she was honest, direct, and completely herself. Beneath that strong personality was an incredibly loving and generous woman who cared deeply for the people in her life.
For 22 years, Polly was a cherished member of the Professional Civil Process of Texas (PCP) family. To call her simply a coworker would never adequately describe what she meant to the people there. Over the years, she became a mother and grandmother figure to countless employees. She offered advice, shared plenty of opinions, made people laugh, and cared for her coworkers as though they were part of her own family. Her presence at PCP will be deeply missed.
Above all else, Polly loved her family. She was a devoted wife, sister, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, and her family was one of the greatest joys of her life.
Polly leaves behind her loving husband, Terrence Hines; her sisters, Shirley Williamson and Linda Bush; her daughters, Dana Keeney and Jacklynn Henry; and her beloved son, John David Henry.
She was a proud grandmother to 10 grandchildren and great-grandmother to 16 great-grandchildren, each of whom held a special place in her heart.
Polly is reunited in Heaven with her son, Sidney, her sister, Carol, and other cherished family members who passed before her.
Those who knew Polly will remember her strength, her humor, her generosity, her stubborn streak, and, perhaps most of all, the unconditional love she gave to the people fortunate enough to be part of her life. She was truly one of a kind, and the space she leaves behind cannot be filled.
Polly will be deeply loved, greatly missed, and forever remembered.
