Riley Lee Felps, 73, of Marble Falls, passed away on October 21, 2015. He was born on March 13, 1942, in Marble Falls, to J.C. and Vida Crider Felps. He served in the U.S. Army, and then the Army National Guard.
He is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by a son, James Felps (Gussie); four daughters, Amy Ottersbach (Tim), Laurie Lay (Leonard), Ginger Bryant (Scott), Tiffany Jolene Kittle, and a brother, Kenneth Felps (Nancy), plus numerous grandchildren.
Service will be Monday, October 26th, at 1:00 p.m. at Clements-Wilcox Funeral Home in Marble Falls, Texas, with burial following at Tobey Cemetery in Marble Falls, with full military honors.
