Kay is survived by her sons Anthony G. Barbella (Camille), John Barbella (Joanne), granddaughter Danielle, brother Paul Pipia (Eddye) niece Cathy Ruben, nephews Dr. Paul Pipia, Robert Pipia, Esq., their spouses and children.

She was predeceased by her loving husband, Alessandro Musto in 2003. His children and grandchildren also survive.

Kay was born on April 5, 1931 in Manhattan, New York to Paolo and Rosalia (Ippolito) Pipia. Kay and Al moved from New York to Marco Island in 1987 where they resided for 14 years. They were members of San Marco Catholic Church. In 2001 they moved to Naples. At the time of Kay's death she was a resident of Terrecina Grand.

A reviewal is scheduled at Hodges Josberger Funeral Home 577 E Elkcam Cir Marco Island, FL on Monday March 2 from 4: 00 pm - 6:00 pm. The funeral will be on Tuesday March 3 at 10:00 am at San Marco Catholic Church 851 San Marco Rd Marco Island, FL with burial immediately following at Marco Island Cemetery.
