Craig and I have been in Denver for a wedding and we just arrived home today and read about Hunter, I am so sad and sorry if you need anything please call us.
I remember Hunter with Drew and Lynn at the library with Susan every week.
It seems like yesterday that they were just little kids trying to fit into the school system that was not made for them.
Hunter was wonderful, cute and a real sweetheart.
We feel devastated that he is not here.
We are humans visiting earth, this fact seems to escape us until someone moves on to the next life and we are reminded of our mortality.

Dearest Suzanne - Kathy just e-mailed me about Hunter. I am so sorry for you and your family. It has been many years since we've seen the family, but you are in my thoughts and now in my prayers. There is no greater tragedy than losing a beloved child. Please know you are always in my thoughts and prayers,

I was so sad to see this in the news. I only coached Cole on one cross country team, but I remember one practice at Mackle Park. We were talking after we finished our run and Cole was extremely happy to spend some time with me. Our walk around Mackle stayed with me for some reason. I think it was because Cole was smiling which doesn't always happen in fall heat in SW Florida. I don't know if he remembered over the years, but I hope he did. It is a coaching moment I always remembered and will take with me. God Bless all if you. My thoughts are with you
