We were like brothers. Over the years the miles took us apart. The memories are and will always be with me. The lake, The flying, The friendship.

It was an honor to have had you practice anesthesiology with us in Naples. You were a true intellectual, and always determined to give your patients the very best that science offered and with the most caring of hands and heart. May God keep you close, Don.

The best of the best, a man who helped others his entire life. Trust and wisdom always shared and appreciated. I will miss you my Uncle. But a lasting impression just like your wife's has been left. The wisdom and lessons have been passed. Thank you for everything.
