My godfather Eddie always brought smiles and laughter to every Gorda and Gorda-Costanzo family gathering throughout my childhood. His vibrancy, spirit, and legendary sense of humor lifted the mood and energy of everyone else around him. In fact I can remember as a child having the feeling that the party didn't really start until he arrived. Yet I also still remember one particularly deep, meaningful, spiritual conversation we had when I was a teenager. He was special. No, he is special. Marianne, Marisa, Monica, Marylee, and Anthony, I'm so sorry for your loss and I'm praying for all of you. - Love, Stephanie

A very special man. The life of the party and full of joy. He was one of the most unique people I know. So glad he was "finally allowed" into the Gorda family.

Uncle Eddie always made times fun. I can hear his laugh and see him dancing in Heaven! He found the joy in life all the time and was a servant-heart, always active in the community bringing the love of Christ wherever he went. All my love to Aunt Marianne, who had a wonderful best friend and partner for so many years, I cannot imagine the pain in your heart. Marisa, Monica, Marylee and Anthony I share your sorrow at the loss of an amazing Dad. And all the kids , you bring forth all the little pieces of him into the world to spread the same joy!
Love and prayers,
Lucy, Rob and family
