Jim and I always enjoyed our many dinners with Betty and Mike. Betty was such a joy. I can see her laughing and enjoying life in Marco. See talked about her sons, daughter-in-laws and especially her grandchildren with much love. Our little dog Honey wanted to see "Betty" across the street from us every time we took a walk. Everyone will miss lovely Betty. Big hugs to her family. May she rest with the Angels. Fran and Jim Hohenberger

Betty is a loved and cherished mother and wife, a friend to so many. We will miss her and our hearts are with the Kanan's during this time. She often made me laugh or smile just by being in the room. Her accent, her cute way of clinking her glass when she wanted another cocktail, her adoring smile and the way she looked on with love at her husband Mike and her kids. She was a treasure, and she will always be in our hearts.

I am very sorry to hear about your loss. I haven't seen your mom for many, many years, but my childhood memories of her always involve her laughter and her beautiful accent. I hope you take comfort in the wonderful memories you have of her.
