My Deepest Sympathy to the family. Herb was a dear friend, great neighbor, and best teacher.
You will be missed my friend until we meet again in God's Kingdom

Grandpa you will be missed. You had an amazing life and I think nearly did everything a person would want to do. I was lucky to have you as a Grandpa and a role model. Some of the memories that come to mind include:
At nearly 80 years old you helping me drywall my basement and being able to heave sheets of drywall over your head when my arms gave out.
Spending time with you in Alaska at Glacier Bay and on the cruise.
The many wonderful Thanksgiving and Christmas days when life seemed to slow down.
Can’t wait to see you again in heaven.

Herb was an amazing man. His faith in his Creator was apparent and he set a lofty standard how to live life as a true and active Christian. He openly loved his family and his Savior. He will be sorely missed on Earth ....but Heaven gained a true believer and will continue to do Jesus's bidding eternally now. My thoughts and prayers go out to his dear and special wife Marianne and the rest of the family. I am honored to have known him.... peace and comfort to the family ....
Humbly, Kathleen McShane

I look forward to seeing my dear, dear, dear friend in Christ, Missionary Herb Glesmann! He is resting now in the arms of our Savior Jesus! The JOY that Herb is experiencing we can't fully understand, and NOW he is waiting for me! I will never, never forget our times together....seeing him on the ladder in our barn doing the lighting and wiring for Barn Museum, that will last for many years to come. Jesus truly lived in the heart of Herb, and he lived his faith. I couldn't have kept on with this ministry all these 26 years, without the Lord sending Christian friends like Herb and Marianne. Please know how much I loved Herb! I can say with all confidence, I'LL SEE YOU LATER, HERB! Old Missionary Gary, and Gary loves you too, Marianne. MISSION CENTRAL!!!!
